Describe the existing conditions on the site and the general land use in the vicinity of the project at the time of this application: Pre existing site had rotten wood sea wall, rip rap consisting of concrete and stone, pool at rear of home, and poor lawn allowing runoff at the rear off property. 3b. Impact Justification and Mitigation 1. Avoidance and Minimization la. Specifically describe measures taken to avoid or minimize the proposed impacts in designing the project. Installation of silt fence backed with 57 clean stone double laid along rear property boundaries. Seawall backed with 3' off clean 57 stone wrapped in permeable non woven fabric. A pile of 57 stone then laid directly behind wall with a silt fence prior. All stormwater directed via grading. 1b. Specifically describe measures taken to avoid or minimize the proposed impacts through construction techniques. Installation of silt fence backed with 57 clean stone double laid along rear property boundaries. Seawall backed with 3' off clean 57 stone wrapped in permeable non woven fabric. A pile of 57 stone then laid directly behind wall with a silt fence prior. All stormwater directed via grading. All surfaces including pool deck will be permeable. Distance of at least 15; directly behind wall will all be artifice turf with a water permeation rate of at least 200gph per square foot.
