1. Avoidance and Minimization
la. Specifically describe measures taken to avoid or minimize the proposed impacts in designing the project.
Installation of silt fence backed with 57 clean stone double laid along rear property

1b. Specifically describe measures taken to avoid or minimize the proposed impacts through construction techniques.
Installation of silt fence backed with 57 clean stone double laid along rear property
boundaries. Seawall backed with 3' off clean 57 stone wrapped in permeable non
woven fabric. A pile of 57 stone then laid directly behind wall with a silt fence prior. All
stormwater directed via grading. All surfaces including pool deck will be permeable.
Distance of at least 15; directly behind wall will all be artifice turf with a water
permeation rate of at least 200gph per square foot. Base materials for all construction
will be a clean stone with fabric under as well as uniaxial geogrid.
E. Diffuse Flow Plan
la. What type of SCM are you providing?*
Level Spreader
Vegetated Conveyance (lower SHWT)
Wetland Swale (higher SHWT)
