Kim,
I am currently reviewing the stabilization application and stabilization is definitely needed but I have a few questions:
The application proposes 4' above and 6' below. Is this measured looking down the slope? Need to look at
the measurements more so from an aerial or bird's eye view and the square footage. The Corps of Engineer
permit 30 only allows an average of 2' into the water, below normal pool with a max of 5'. 1 thought the 4
below may be a little much looking at the pics but cannot really see how deep the water is there.
• And is the 6' section above and the 4' below normal pool? Application says the opposite.
Please clarify these numbers and I will issue when I hear back from you.
