Schedule A
That certain parcel or tract of land lying and being about 1 '/ miles Southwest of the center of the
City of Raeford. Bounded on the South by that 5-acre tract conveyed to Alphonso Russell, on the East by
R.A. Wright's 14-acre tract, on the West by J.H, Wright's land, known as Forest Creek Acres, Section 11,
and being more particularly described as follows, to wit.
BEGINNING at an existing iron pipe at the Western terminus of Rogers Street, said pipe being in
the Southern line of the original tract of which this is a part; and running thence as the Southern line of the
original tract of which this is a part, S 66" 54' 25" W 120 feet to an existing concrete monument, Alphonso
Russell's corner; thence as Russell's line, N 53' 45' 31" W 181.38 feet to an existing concrete monument;
thence S 21" 30' 05" W 123.35 feet to a point, a corner of Forest Creek Acres, Section III; thence as lines
of Forest Creek Acres, Section III, the following calls, N 270 24' 27" W 278.91 feet; N 30" 14' 27" W 176,67
feet; N 39" 17' 15" W 186.32 feet; N 200 51' 13" W 114.07 feet; thence N 68' 14' 17" E 69.31 feet to a point,
the Northwest corner of R. A. Wright's 14 acre tract; thence as Wright's western lines, the following calls,
S 300 49' 27" E 502.78 feet; N 730 51' 13" E 197.77 feet; S 290 16' 25" E 207.30 feet; S 77' 00' 27" E 42.80
feet to an existing iron rod at the Western terminus of Rogers Street; thence as the Western terminus of
Rogers Street, S 23' 05' 39" E 60 feet to the BEGINNING, containing 2.33 acres, more or less; according
to a survey by John T. Furmage, Registered Land Surveyor, dated March 7 and 17, 1987, and being a
portion of that tract of land described in Deed Book 226, at Page 240, Hoke County Registry.
