Facility and Address: Autumn Forest Mobile Home Park's WWTP located in the Browns Summit. Mailing Address: Mr. Richard Nodel, Park owner, Autumn Forest Mobile Home Park, Box 1, East Sourwood Drive, Browns Summit, N.C. 27214 (Mr. Model lives out-of-state in Albuquerque, N.M.) 2. Date of Investigation: October 14, 1992 3. Report Prepared by: Arthur R. Hagstrom, DEM-WQ 4. Persons Contacted and Telephone Number: Kevin E. Directions to Site: Go to the' junction of Browns Summit Road (SR 2515) and Autumn Forest Drive. Enter MHP and the WWTP is south of the dam. 6. Discharge Point(s) - List for all discharge points Latitude: 36° 12' 20" Longitude: 79° 43' 15" Attach a USGS Map Extract and indicated treatment plant site and discharge point on map. USGS Quad No. C2ONW or USGS Quad Name Browns Summit 7. Size (land available for expansion and upgrading): MHP approximately 60 acres +/-. There is ample area to upgrade the WWTP. The site will go to the City sewer when available. 8. Topography (relationship to flood plain included): Entire tract slopes towards the lake. Slopes vary from 2 to 15%.
