None known, except that a complaint was received on June 6, 1995 concerning the
release of solids into the receiving stream. The receiving stream was visited on July 10,
1995. No noxious conditions were found. However, noxious conditions were found in
the receiving stream on July 17, 1996 during an unannounced inspection.

PART III - EVALUATION AND RECOMMENDATIONS
The WSRO recommends that the Authorization be issued for the phosphorus and pH
control units. Due to previous noxious conditions reported and found in the receiving
stream, the WSRO would recommend that the facility consider reactivating the sandfilters
which have not been utilized. It is unknown whether or not the facility received
permission from DEM to remove the sandfilters from the treatment train.

Please be advised that the WSRO is unaware of any changes
associated with this discharge except for the potential of the
MHP to accept additional mobile homes during a park expansion.
The Region recommends reissuance of the NPDES Permit with a
stipulation that the MHP consider connection to a POTW should
public sewer ever become available.

Autumn Forest Mobile Home Park's WWTP located in the Browns
Summit. Mailing Address: Mr. Richard Nodel, Park owner,
Autumn Forest Mobile Home Park, Box 1, East Sourwood Drive,
Browns Summit, N.C. 27214 (Mr. Model lives out-of-state in
Albuquerque, N.M.)

twelve months (3/91 through 2/92). The system is aging but
still can produce good effluent.

The WSRO recommends renewal. The system should tie on to
the City of Greensboro/Guilford County system when sewer is
available.
