Changes since previous action on NPDES Permit: None known, except that a complaint was received on June 6, 1995 concerning the release of solids into the receiving stream. The receiving stream was visited on July 10, 1995. No noxious conditions were found. However, noxious conditions were found in the receiving stream on July 17, 1996 during an unannounced inspection. 4. Verify Discharge Point(s) on plans with current NPDES Permit. Due to previous noxious conditions reported and found in the receiving stream, the WSRO would recommend that the facility consider reactivating the sandfilters which have not been utilized. It is unknown whether or not the facility received permission from DEM to remove the sandfilters from the treatment train. Directions to Site: Go to the 'junction of Browns Summit Road (SR 2515) and Autumn Forest Drive. Enter MHP and the WWTP is south of the dam. 6.
