I had left it open because I was under the impression they were resending quickly. Since that has proven to be untrue I just added the event that marks it as returned. This means in the future when they apply it will be a version 2. To my knowledge, a complete PCN and permit drawings have not been provided. At this time, the project should be removed from the Weekly Tracker.
