Ryan,
I have marked the application as returned in BIMS on the original date it was rejected on 11/17/2021.
I had left it open because I was under the impression they were resending quickly.
Since that has proven to be untrue I just added the event that marks it as returned. This means in the future when they
apply it will be a version 2.
Thanks for keeping up with this one!

Hi Kristi,
The application for this project was rejected on 11/17/21 due to the incomplete PCN.
To my knowledge, a complete PCN and permit drawings have not been provided.
At this time, the project should be removed from the Weekly Tracker.
