The Division of Water Resources (DWR) received the PCN set on February 18, 2014 for the above referenced
project The PCN is checked as 'for the record only' thereby making it a 'Courtesy Copy', however, the PCN is also
checked for 401 Water Quality Certification approval The reading of GC3890 (NW39) indicates that if written approval
is sought, then a fee must be remitted
Please clarify what your desire is for the project Should you want written approval, please remit the $240 permitting
fee, if no written approval is needed, please indicate that via an email reply
