Mr. Thornburg,
This is our second year in the Class A Residuals Program. A Suez low temp dryer was
installed in late 2019 to produce Class A biosolids. The dryer is still having operational issues
due to equipment/software problems and inclement weather which is keeping our production
down. At this time, we are storing Class A biosolids onsite with no land application. Due to this
the following forms are not included: ACF, RSSF, Lab Sheets and Form PVR. On the DMSDF
I indicated that our Facility stored biosolids onsite.
Please let me know if you need any additional infouiation.

2. All operation and maintenance requirements were compiled with or, in the case of a deviation, prior authorization was received from the Division of Water Resources.
3. No contravention of Ground Water Quality Standards occurred at a monitoring well.
