As a follow up to our conference call today we will be withdrawing the Pre - construction notification (PCN) for the Town
of North Wilkesboro to construct a connector road from Liberty Grove Church Road to River Road until the items below
are addressed.
At this time the exact impacts are unknown. Impacts shown on the PCN exceed 150 Ift and mitigation plan was not
provided. Before mitigation can be determined stream quality forms should be provided. Ajurisdictional determination
was not conducted and at this time site visit will be required. Finally, the purpose of the road is unclear.
Until additional information is provided we will not process the PCN.
