I think that there are parts missing, such as depth of the dewatering pit and pump size, but the limitation of
300,OOOgal/day and the monitoring make the O&M plan acceptable.

An O&M Plan was requested by NCDEQ during review last year. It was prepared and submitted on
August 10, 2021. I have attached a copy for your reference.

County. Application submitted in May of 2020, mining permit approved in October.

Can you please let me know the current status of the pending NPDES (mining) permit for the "Robert
Road Mine", Carteret County, NC. Application was submitted in May of this year, and the Mining
Permit was approved in October.
