Revised Plans
Dear Mr. Baker:
On behalf of Brunswick STU & Associates, LLC, enclosed for your file are revised plans for
Rice Creek Plantation — Roadway Improvements. As David Bowman discussed with you
during a meeting on May 15, 2008, existing field conditions have dictated the following
revisions.
1. Catch Basin 4A with a rirn elevation of 16.72 has been added on Sheet C201. In
order to match the slopes of the existing roadway, the proposed edge of pavement
elevation adjacent to proposed Catch Basin 4A is approximately a 17.0, which is
lower than the 17.33 rim elevation of the existing catch basin. Therefore, this
additional box is necessary to provide an outlet for the runoff in the median.
2. The Vegetative Conveyance details on Sheets C201 and C202 have been revised to
reflect a minimum 3:1 side slope as required by Paragraph 4 of the Design Standards
of the Stormwater Management permit. The detail previously showed a 5:1 side
slope but the existing field conditions prevent this slope in some locations. Please
note the detail has been revised to state a minimum slope requirement, and a 5:1 side
slope will be maintained wherever existing conditions will allow.
It is our intent to maintain compliance with the Stormwater Management Permit that has
been issued for this project, and hope that we have done so with these revisions. Please
