I found an older NOI still in review NCG020938, Murphrey Mine on 3578 Grays Mill Rd in LaGrange. It looks like you gave
recommendation for coverage and I believe Mike Meloy even drafted the COC and other documents but never issued
the permit.
Do you know why he held off on this site?
