Please find attached the October 2021 Stormwater Monthly Discharge Monitoring Reports for the Duke
University Transportation Maintenance Garage. No flow occurred during the month of October in order to
perform analytical sampling. We will continue to monitor rainfall at the site in order to collect the next
monthly sample at SD02.
