The project already has a lot of impacts to streams and wetlands. We recommend reorganizing the development plan and minimizing impacts to at least the wetlands. We appreciate that some of the culverts are bottomless culvert installations. Ensure they use a stream simulation design (https://www.fs.fed.us/t- d/pubs/pdf/StreamSimulation/hi res/%20FullDoc.pdf). We also recommend using native plant seeds in temporary and permanent revegetation, as well as in landscaping. For recommendations, feel free to contact me.
