The best thing to do is have Scott fill out an Owner Affiliation Change form, attached.
I can process that so that Scott is the legally responsible person for this permit. Then he can proceed with eDMR
registration. Please let us know who the other contacts should be (facility, billing, etc.). It's fine if that is Scott, too.

Sorry for the tardiness, I understand we should have and the registration process started on our end
already. And for that I do apologize.
I am not sure what to do at this point.
Robert L. Bradsher, the primary owner of Southern Products & Silica Co., passed away September
12, 2021. Robert is listed as the owner on the eDMR Verification Report. Robert's ownership has
been placed in a trust, Robert L. Bradsher Family Trust, until his estate is settled, which could take up
to two years. His wife, Vera Bradsher, and son, Scott Bradsher are part owners of SP&S as well, but
were not listed on the owner verification form.
What do I do now? I have the eDMR Registration Application filled out with Scott Bradsher as the
owner and the Delegation of Authority document filled out and sign as well.
