Hello Alaina,
The quickest way to explain this is yes, they are referencing the same project. The ZP-15-20 is the overall project file for
Moore Floors. The 20-4067 is the Permit number for the Erosion Control Review for Moore Floors. So it is referencing
the same project,just different parts of it.
It does make it confusing though, so I will get with James Michel on how to fix that.

I'm not familiar with the different permits issued by Southern Pines, so it's possible I'm missing something. Attached is
the E&SC plan approval documentation provided with the original NOI, from which we get the project ID of ZP-15-
20. The other attachment is the close-out documentation Mr. King provided in two different NOT submissions.
Are these documents referencing the same project?

It's not. The town of southern pines has 4 permits for each job. The site plan permit number is ZP-15-20. The Actual
permit is the number on the document the town of southern pines sent me that I sent to you. I even wrote ZP-15-20 on
it.
20-4067 is the actual Erosion control permit for the town.

The documentation you've been uploading is for the wrong project. You need to upload the completion letter that has this
project ID on it: ZP-15-20. If you don't have that letter, please contact Mr. David Byrd with the Town of

Alaina, I keep getting his email. I have resubmitted and I don't agree. What is the problem here?
