The site currently consists of undeveloped uplands and wetlands, one existing residence with a pool. Adjacent properties include undeveloped uplands and wetlands and single family
residences.

The site is currently in the process of being subdivided as part Phase 2 of the Water Oak Residential Community. Phase 1 is currently being built on the east side of W First St. The
proposed fill will be part of the single family residential development of Lot 4 of the proposed subdivision. No wetlands have been impacted to date on Phase 1 or Phase 2.

The proposed project includes the construction of a single family residence. Fill is required for the residence to be constructed. Dump trucks, skid steers, and hand tools will be used to fill
the site.

Existing uplands are utilized to the fullest extent practical. In order to minimize the fill area needed, there will be a low retaining wall around the outer
perimeter of the proposed fill area, or, the fill will be sloped and vegetated down to the permitted fill limits.

A low retaining wall or silt fence and sloped grading. Disturbed areas will be stabilized with grasses outside the building footprint.

The following price quote is given in reply to your request for the purchase of 0.198 Riparian wetland mitigation
credits (HUC Code 03010205) from The Great Dismal Swamp Restoration Bank Timberlake Farm. These credits are
currently available from our Timberlake mitigation bank.
The cost will be Seven Thousand, Nine Hundred Twenty Dollars ($ 7,920.00). This quote will expire on April 30,
2022. You will need to submit to the USCOE the necessary application for said mitigation, and receive USCOE
permission to furnish said required credits from our Timberlake bank.
To complete this transaction, we will require payment in full. Once payment is received, the credit sale will be
reported to the US Army Corps of Engineers. Please provide and/or confirm the following information:
