The DWR supports the any recommendations by the resource agencies regarding moratoriums, timing of tides, etc. to avoid water resource and water quality impacts. Future project requests should reference DWR project number 20052010 for the southern terminal off River Road. As a side note the DWR project number 20170867 has been assigned to the northern terminal located off 6th Street and should be referenced in any future requests for the site. All, Kinder Morgan River Road respectfully request the opportunity to conduct an emergency dredge at out terminal. The area needed is approximately 50' wide by 200' long. The terminal has seen recent sediment build up in this area due to dredging occurring up the Cape Fear River. The terminal will have a new vessel calling on the dock 1/20/2022; the ETA is expected to be later in the evening. The entire dredge operation should last no longer than a few hours and will be conducted by agitation dredge. Our permit number is (172-05).
