First, I'm going to need 4' wide sills be installed on both upstream and downstream ends. Second, given the width of the channel, there should be about 8' wide baffles every 20' or so. Also, it should contain material inside the culvert to mimic the streambed and banks. I've included some examples and a diagram. Third, what is the reasoning behind this entrance to the development? Is there a requirement for two entrances to the development in such a short span? Let me know.
