The generator of the biosolids Long Creek WWTP (NC0024244) produced no biosolids. The City of Albemarle Long Creek WWTP and associated collection system is currently under a Special Order by Consent (SOC) for the inability to compliance with NPDES limits for BOD, NH3, TSS, and fecal coliform. This is due to high levels of inflow & infiltration and low BOD concentrations, therefore eliminating biosolids production.
