I have made the updates for this permit. Please see below.
The new Owner Affiliation will need to complete the eDMR Registration six -step process outlined here. We are behind
on those registrations, so it will take some time to get to. In the meantime, the permittee should continue submitting
DMRs on paper to the regional office and following the instructions on this page.

Hi Bethany,
I have been tasked with assisting Norton Door Controls Plant A Division of Yale Security Inc. with setting up their eDMR
in association with Permit Number NCG030571. Jennifer Garvon has previously been helping with this. I am not exactly
positive where thing left off. I have attached the Permit Owner Affiliation Designation Form in case you had not received
this yet.
Can you let me know what we need to do next? Also, is it possible for us to submit DMRs in a hard copy form for the
time being until we get eDMR access?

You need to fill out an Owner Affiliation Change form to make a change to the Legally Responsible Official for this
permit:

There is another step to do with respect to eDMR, like submitting a new Electronic Signature Authority and registration
(and request to deactivate the old affiliation if that person had been registered), but our Program Administrative
Specialist/eDMR coordinator has left for a new job, and we are without a resource to process those right now. We are
hoping for help soon, so please just know that it will take us some time to complete.
From what I understand, the new Owner Affiliation also has to submit (1) new Delegation of Signature form (from our
website) and (2) the registration required in Step 2 of the eDMR registration process.
You can send those to me for now, and I'll forward to the new coordinator can handle them.
