Hope you are doing well. I wanted to let you know that the Corps of Engineers is pulling our review of the Sandfiddler
Road improvement CAMA permit process and reviewing it as a Nationwide Permit 14. I have attached a PCN application
for you to fill out and return to me either by email or mailing address: 2407 West 5th Street, Washington, NC 27889. All
you need to do is fill out the application. I can utilize the maps, mitigation information, and field review that was
submitted with the CAMA application. Please feel free to call me at the number below or email me with any questions.

Additionally I have copied Anthony Scarbraugh with DWR (DWQ) so they are aware of the Corps actions related to your
project.
