Hope your Thanksgiving holiday has been a good one. Apologies on the multiple emails to help resolve the additional
information requested. Our client has provided the response to the relationship below.

In response to the request for clarification of the relationship between the project and the Applicant, Bay Tree Solar, LLC,
as a result of the plans indicating that the developer is Cypress Creek Renewables:

“Bay Tree Solar, LLC is the developer that owns the project. Bay Tree Solar, LLC is an affiliate of Cypress Creek
Renewables, LLC.”

Also, regarding the confirmation of Harrison’s authority to sign as an Authorized Person on behalf of Bay Tree Solar, LLC,
(i) I have attached the current operating agreement of Bay Tree Solar, LLC because you may have received a prior
operating agreement, and (ii) if the email that Harrison provided, in which Noah Hyte delegates his signing authority to
Harrison, is insufficient to confirm Harrison’s authority to sign on behalf of Bay Tree Solar, LLC, we can confirm
Harrison’s signing authority by providing a certificate from a representative of an upstream owner of Bay Tree Solar, LLC
and Cypress Creek Renewables, LLC, also attached.

Please let us know if we can provide any additional information.

For Comment #7, They have provided this information (attached). Will this suffice for documentation for signing
authority?
 Please provide official documentation indicating that Harrison Cole has signatory authority for the Applicant, Bay
Tree Solar, LLC and that Patsy Barnhill has signatory authority for one of the property owner, Blueberry Bay LLC.

required?

Harrison Cole’s signature was the only signature in the submission that was original (and therefore acceptable). You
must provide an original signature for Patsy Barnhill, Rita Kay McKell, and Dean Thomas. The Application does not need
to be re-signed if you are making small changes/corrections to the Application (we only require the Application to be re-
signed if the information on the signature page needs to be changed).

The portion of this low-density project that is within the State’s Stormwater limits is required to be permitted and the
portion of this site that is outside this limit does not need to be permitted (you can permit the entire site if you wish).
You should indicate this boundary line on the plans if you are only permitting the portion of this project area that is
within this limit.

Good Afternoon Mr. Farkas,

Thank you for the review. We are currently working through the comments and are working to have a resubmittal in the
next couple of weeks. I have a few questions I was hoping to get some clarification on.

 Is Harrison Cole’s signature in page #6 (attached) the only original signature that needs to be resent? Want to
make sure we have all originals in place. Since the numbers on the applications are changing, do we need to get
new original signatures from everyone else? Or are you able to include them with our updated permit
application?
 Our site is only partially in the State’s Stormwater limits (see attached). My understanding is that we only need
to permit this area, is that correct? Do we need to delineate this line on our plans and just show calculations for
this area?
