Thank you for the submittal. We are currently down 25% of our staff and are backlogged on
reviews, so it may be a while before you will receive approval. Since you already received and
responded to comments, I recommend proceeding with implementation in the meantime.

We have updated the IDDE Plan based on your feedback. It is attached to this email for your review
and approval.

I have also attached our Public Presentation materials/slides to this email. I saw the NC DEQ website
(NPDES MS4 Program- Forms and Resources) has a small collection of Presentations on Six Minimum
Control Measures from various towns, and it was very helpful for us. If you would like, you could add
our presentation to the website as well.
