Amy,
This project needs to go on hold. One bullet for sure:
The DwQ cannot approve a grass Swale that
proposed on this project. Please realign
with the contour lines. This will result
possibly some disturbance within Zone 1.

Another concern I have is that it seems he may be fudging a little on the riparian
buffer vegetation. Since this is BRL and the site is so close by, I highly
recommend ground truthing what he has said about vegetation in the filter strip (10'
of forest and 55' of grass). This claim does not seem to be consistent with the
photos he has submitted. As long as you are at it, I would also ground truth the
contour lines that he has submitted.
