SUBJECT: CAMA Major Permit Application Review
Applicant: Heritage I, LLC (Bluewater)
Project Location: off NC Hwy 210, adjacent to Yow's Channel & Stump Sound, in Surf City, Pender County
Proposed Project: to eliminate the previously authorized swimming pool & decking, install several access
walkways, a fixed "spine" (boardwalk along entire length of shoreline), seven (7) finger
piers and twelve (12) tie- pilings. A total of twelve (12) additional docking spaces would
be added to the existing ten (10) slip docking facility.
Please indicate below your agency's position or viewpoint on the proposed project and return this
