The Division of Water Resources (Division) received your sludge survey information on October
3, 2018. With the survey results, you requested an extension of the sludge survey requirement
for Lagoon #1, #2, & #3 at Kinlaw Farm #1- #3 facility. Since you have no animals at this time,
nor do you anticipate any in the near future, you are hereby granted a sludge survey extension,
provided you follow all other rules of your WUP, including obtaining waste samples for any
applications events, properly recording such events, keeping records of lagoon levels and rainfall
events.
The next sludge survey for Lagoon #1, #2, & #3 at Kinlaw Farm #1- #3 should be performed
before December 31, 2025, or the year in which amimals return to the farm, whichever is
earlier. Please retain this letter and keep it with your farm records for reference.
