Hey Lori and Dave,

Attached is an addendum to an existing PJD for R-5759 in Wilkes County. A previous PJD (Action ID No. SAW-2019-
01602) was issued for the original study area on August 28, 2019. I can provide that if needed.

The addendum includes figures/maps of all the sites (existing and new), but the new sites are highlighted for ease of
identification. They are all located on the south side of the project. We don’t anticipate impacts to these features, but
they were included due to a change in the study area. Let me know if you have any questions.
