place of the existing aerial crossing.
Mitigation will be required due to impacts that will occur within the Smith -Austin Conservation Easement. The total impacts that require mitigation is 963
sq. ft. (shown as M1 on sheet 7 of the detail drawings). See the attached mitigation plan regarding these impacts. See attached Mitigation Plan.
Wendell South Site: The temporary impacts associated with 131 and B2 will occur within the existing PUE. The permanent impacts associated with B3

Stormwater Management Plan Antidegradation Calculations
Comments:
The project will not result in any impervious surfaces
Erosion control measures such as temporary silt fence, heavy duty temporary silt fence, temporary silt fence wattle break, temporary stream crossings, temporary dikes, cofferdams,
wooden/composite work mats and temporary construction entrances will be used to prevent sedimentation during construction. Stream and buffer disturbances will be the minimum
necessary to allow for the replacement and rehabilitation of existing sewer. Streams and buffers will be restored to original contours and stabilized and revegetated upon completion of the
project. Work areas will be confined to the limits of disturbance shown in the exhibits to perform the work. Disturbed areas will be perpendicular to the buffer to the extent possible. Erosion
control devices and measures will be installed prior to construction and work will be scheduled during a dry period when stream flow is low or zero.
