Attached is a copy of the inspection report prepared following an onsite inspection of the project
referenced on the report. This report is intended to inform you of the project's compliance with
the North Carolina Sedimentation Pollution Control Act of 1973 and Construction NPDES
Stormwater General Permit.
Please review this report carefully as it may contain corrective actions needed and/or comments
which will assist you in meeting the required performance standards.
It is our desire that any and all possible problems be discussed and resolved at the earliest

10. Comments: Permanent ground cover sufficient to restrain erosion has been established. No additional
self -monitoring or self -inspections are required. Project is in compliance and released under
the SPCA. Termination of coverage under the NPDES General Stormwater Permit for
Construction Activities (NCGO1) must be requested by the permittee via a Notice of
Termination (NOT).

that this correspondence must be uploaded as part of completing the NOT process.
