(Attach additionalsheets of narrative and checklists as necessary) Two types of wastewater were present and covered by NCG500153, which included Boiler Blowdown and Air Compressor Condensate. 001 and 002 outfalls were observed. Non Contact Cooling Water and Stormwater Discharges flow through outfall 001. All Air compressor condensate commingles with stormwater before discharging to outfall 002. Safety Kleen pumps and hauls oil portion after condesate flows through seperator. Flow is measured with gauge as water flows through Parshall Flume and a wastewaterflowdiagram was provided during the inspection. Laboratory Records were reviewed for November -March 2017 and appeared to be in order. Microb ac Laboratories performs the analyses for all the required NPDES parameters. The permit was onsite and expires May 31,2018. The facility was instructed to continue with the present permit until the new permit is sent. Page# 2
