The new pipe will need to be permitted through a modification of the existing application and installed correctly, if it has not been. If the applicant does not want to permit the pipe it will need to be removed and area restored (including any sediment clean-up). I appreciate your willingness to meet on the 19th to resolve and discuss. If you have any further questions please let me know. The engineer has redesigned the SWM plan and I just received it this morning, based on my review so far I think it will work and satisfy state SW rules. I have found a couple of things we need to add/change however, so I will not be able to get it to you by today. With this email I would like to request an additional week to submit our response Monday the 101h would be my preference. Please let me know if this is acceptable.
