Skvarla, III Secretary On January 21, 2014, the Division of Water Resources (DWR) received the Year 6 Monitoring Report for the above - referenced site, dated December 2013. A review of the report showed that seven (7) vegetation plots out of 16 were identified as either not meeting the vegetation performance standard of 320 stems per acre or exceeded the requirements, but by less than 10% in year 6. However, presence of volunteers was noted and most of the plots appear to be trending towards at least achieving the 320 stems per acre requirement. DWR is aware that EEP is scheduling a close -out site visit with DWR to analyze the site this Spring. DWR & EEP staff will make the determination if any remedial plantings are deemed necessary during the close -out site visit.
