I have reviewed the courtesy notifications you submitted for Gates and Northampton
Counties.

The pipe replacement as proposed on Burnt Bridges Road in Northampton Co. meets the
terms and conditions Nationwide Permit #3. This project was issued Action ID # SAW-2021-
02065.

The stabilization of 30lf of stream bank and the removal of accumulated sediment on NC 37 in
Gates County meets the terms and conditions of the Nationwide Permit #3 and #13. This
project has been issued Actin ID# SAW-2021-02688.

I have included below a link to the NWP #3 and #13 for you to have and provide to contractors
of NCDOT that may perform the work as proposed. Please review these permits and let me
know if you have any questions.
