Judy should be calling you. She did own the property in 2012, so I am going to apply the payment to that invoice. Her
property is up for sale and she wanted to know what type of permit it is. She has just been paying it and needed to tell
the realtor about it.

When she calls back, ask if she owned the house in 2012. If yes, apply the $60 to that fee.
If not, refund her money and waive the 2012 fee due to the change in ownership.

Hi Charles,
I received a check for 60.00 for Permit NCG550994. The check has on the "For" line 2021PR011007. In BIMS, we received
payment for her 2021 invoice on 11/12/2021. I did see she has an "OVERDUE" 2012 invoice fee of 60.00, but this was
after I left her a voicemail on 11/19/2021. How should I proceed because she has not called back yet.
