Site inspection was conducted on January 12, 2022 by Kevin Mitchell with the Asheville Regional Office. The following
are items that require attention:
- Station y 463-00 - 469+00 LT - Slopes need temporary or permanent groundcover per NPDES stabilization
requirements. Silt fence at toe of slope needs maintenance.
- Station y 479+00 RT - Cover slopes where junction box is being placed above JS. Measures needed around culvert
inlet. *Needed before next rain event.
