Hey Andy and Amy,

It was nice to see both of you yesterday, it had been a few years! Attached is an updated PJD packet for U-5899. It
includes:

 Updated PJD request form (kept Amy’s signature page from 11/5) and site table
 Updated Figure 3
 Wetland/upland forms for old ‘stormwater’ features and added wetland in sewer line easement
 NCWAM forms for added wetlands
 Took out SD stream form and deleted from Figure 3

Also attached is an updated waters upload sheet. Amy, I will email you separately about updating the wex file. Please let
me know if you have any questions or notice anything missing.
