Site inspection was conducted on January 10, 2022 by Kevin Mitchell with the Asheville Regional Office. Reid
Whitehead and Nick Adams were present during the inspection. The following are items that need attention:
- Station L 188+00 LT - Remove sediment below outlet of new pipe. Follow up pictures were submitted on 1/11/22
showing sediment removal. Culvert outlet is also perched. Needs to meet buried culvert condition. Please coordinate
with Patrick.
- Station L 186+00 RT - Silt fence needs maintenance below stilling basin.
