SUBJRCT: Payment of Permit Fee for 401 Certificate Application

The Division of Mitigation Services (DMS) is implementing a mitigation project for Cool Springs Mitigation
Site in Harnett County (DMS IMS # 100166). The activities associated with this restoration project involve
stream restoration related temporary stream and wetland impact. To conduct these activities, the DMS must
submit a Pre -construction Notification (PCN) Form to the Division of Water Resources (DWR) for review
and approval. The DWR assesses a fee of $570.00 for this review.
Please transfer $570.00 from DMS Fund # 2981, Account # 535120 to DWR as payment for this review. If
