Site inspection was conducted by Kevin Mitchell with the Asheville Regional Office on January 10, 2022. Crew was not
on site. The following are items that need attention:
- Station L 13+30 LT - Groundcover needed beyond silt fence. All disturbed areas within the 25 foot trout buffer need
ground cover.
- NPDES records were not up to date/available during the time of the inpsection. Rain gauge read ~ 1.6 inches.
Inspections are required within 24 hours of a 1 inch rainfall event.
