I am reviewing your application and wanted to clarify if you are proposing to remove any trees? No. 12 in the
application lists 5 mature hardwoods but I think you have them listed because they are existing? Please note
that trees that are undermined or leaning can be removed and minimal shaping and sloping of shoreline is
allowed. I do not see evidence in the pictures provided that any large trees are compromised. Please reply and
clarify your proposal or send me more photographs.
