Hope all is well. I have a couple more of these that aren't too far apart (Halfmoon Creek and Musselshell Creek) both
potential nutrient offset banks. I'm going to send the info in separate emails to keep it clean and we will get you a hard
copy and check in the mail today if you can confirm the process is the same as below?
The first site is Musselshell Creek Nutrient Offset Bank. It is adjacent and overlapping of the proposed Kingsfield Buffer
Mitigation Site, for which you all did a stream determination for Eco Terra, I included a copy of that letter. The next site
is Halfmoon Creek.

Absolutely, I will help you. The express option requires a fee which is determined on the number of streams needing to
be evaluated, see chart below. The process time for express is 9 days.
We ask you to complete the attached form and return it to me along with a topo and soils map depicting the streams
and it's beginning to end you need evaluated. We will start the express process upon receipt of the requested
information and the fee. Make the check out to NCDEQ and mail it all to me at 943 Washington Square Mall
Washington NC 27889.

I've cc'ed Lyn Hardison, who is the coordinator for the One -Stop Permitting Program, as she handles all of the Express
Permitting application requests, even though it would most likely be me (or possibly Allen Stewart or one of the others

Hope all is well. I wanted to apply for a stream determination, hopefully under the express review option for this parcel
owned by Anderson Farms north of New Bern. Not sure the process for this and a link on the NCDWR website says to
reach out to you for forms process etc.
Can you point me in the direction of how to apply for this appropriately? The site is for nutrient/buffer mitigation.
