Upon checking with the City of Charlotte, it was realized that the new owners of this project - Tapestry Tyvola
LLC - never submitted an FRO form to the City. This means Tapestry Tyvola is not legally responsible for the
erosion control plan, which in turn puts the new COC in jeopardy. Until Tapestry Tyvola has submitted an FRO
form to the City, this COC must remain active.
As soon as a new FRO form has been received by the City, you can submit a new NOT request. Thank you for
