Keep this file open - admin mistake on this end led to improper address for consultant,
who thus never received our hold letter. He first heard from his client this week.
Response needs to be provided within three weeks of today, May 24, 2007. That would
be June 15, 2007, allowing for Memorial Day holiday mail slowdowns.
