Cc: Jones, Scott SAW; Kichefski, Steven L SAW Subject: Anderson Farm MBI Amendment Attached is a letter from Anderson Farm Stream Mitigation Bank requesting to modify their MBI. Basically the bank was mistakenly approved to sell warm water credits. There are no warm water streams in the Upper French Broad and the site itself has only cool water streams. We will be announcing this change with a 15 -day Public Notice as well. I am implementing the streamlined review process for this change and request that all comments on this proposed modification be submitted to me by February 28th. Since this change is just a correction to an oversight, I would appreciate it if you could get comments to me sooner though, thanks! Given this information, we would like to amend the MBI (Section 11 and Table 1) to reflect that all credits be designated as cool water to allow credit sales within the approved HUC to occur. Please let me know if you have any questions or comments regarding this request. I can be reached by phone (828.450.1081) or email Thanks for your time and attention to this project.
