Attached is a copy •o of the inspection report prepared following .an onsite in of this
project. This report is intended to inform you of the proj ect's compliance with the North Carolina
Sedimentation Pollution. Control Act of 1973 and the NPDES Stormwater Discharge Permit, Note
that effective August 1, 2013 the NPDES and State Stormwater programs were transferred to our
Division. Please note that the attached inspection report has been expanded to include the NPDES
compliance items including reporting.and.rain gauge requirements. .
Please review this report carefully as it nay contain corrective actions needed or comments,
vcwhieh will assist you in meeting the required performance standards • of the Act and the NPDES .
