Control Act of 1973 and the NPDES Stormwater Discharge Permit, Note that effective August 1, 2013 the NPDES and State Stormwater programs were transferred to our Division. Please note that the attached inspection report has been expanded to include the NPDES compliance items including reporting.and.rain gauge requirements. .
