TEMPORARY BYPASS PUMPING FOR SANITARY SEWER OUTFALL RELOCATION
- The Vendor/Utility Contractor is required to furnish all materials, labor,
equipment, power, maintenance, etc. to implement a temporary pumping
system for the purpose of diverting the existing sanitary sewer flow around
the work area for the installation and connection of the proposed project.
- Coordinate the work with the City of Graham and Pureflow, Inc. to limit any
impacts.
- Install the proposed sanitary sewer outfall from Doghouse MH 1, Station
1+84.30 to Station 6+35.
- Make the connection to Existing MH 4 on a weekend to limit any possible
impacts to users.
- Prior to the start of work the Vendor/Utility Contractor shall prepare and
submit to the City of Graham or their representative for review and
acceptance a specific, detailed plan describing the proposed bypass system
for the proposed project.
- A dual pump system shall be used with each pump provided capable of
handling the full flow required.
- The bypass pumping system shall have sufficient capacity to pump the peak
flow provided by the City of Graham or the Vendor/Utility Contractor may
perform independent evaluation prior to beginning work.
