MCRAE, hereinafter referred to in the masculine singular as Grantor, Grantor; to REDCO PROPERTIES, LLC, Grantee; Being all of Tract 1, consisting of 1.721 acres, more or less, depicted on that certain plat entitled "MAP FOR RECORD IT'S FARM TIME, LLC", prepared by Barrow & Barrow, PA, Professional Land Surveying, dated November 5, 2020, and appearing of record in Map Book, 42, Page 390, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Nash County, reference to which is hereby made for a more particular description.
