AFFIDAVIT OF CREDIT SALE
TO: NORTH CAROLINA DIVISION OF WATER RESOURCES
The undersigned, EBX -Neuse I, LLC the Sponsor of the EBX Neuse Riparian Buffer Umbrella
Mitigation Bank (DWQ Number 08- 1473), hereby certifies the following (Rudolph DWQ
Number 2010 - 0408):
1. Standard Pacific of the Carolinas LLC has deposited monies with the Sponsor
sufficient to acquire 29,529.00 Buffer Credits (square feet) from the Bank for use
on its Seagrove's Farm project (DWR Project #05- 1985v3), in Wake County, NC,
in HUC 03020201 of the Neuse River Watershed.
2. The Seagrove's Farm project requires a total of 29,529.00 Buffer Credits as
mitigation. Of this amount 29,529.00 Buffer Credits are being provided by the
Bank.
3. The Sponsor has deducted 29,529.00 Buffer Credits from the Bank's credit ledger
for HUC 03020201 of the Neuse River Watershed.
A copy of the Bank's Credit ledger reflecting the above transaction is attached to this Affidavit.
