cannot be issued until documentation is provided that coverage under the ItiCG01 Construction Stormwater Permit (N-PDES) has been
obtained_ Please obtain coverage under the permit at the follow its web ite(https:lfedocs.deu.nc.gov/For�mslNCG01-NOI). Once
coverage is obtained please upload a copy- to the project documents in the electronic plar. review system_ The Gradir-Erosion
Control Permit will not be issued until proof of coverage under NOG01 is provided.
